Privacy Policy

The Bellalinda App (the "App") is published by Bitmap Coders LLC ("we", "us") on behalf of Bellalinda Gelateria Italiana, 40 Costa di Lago #130, Henderson, NV 89011 (the "Shop"). This policy explains what the App collects, why, and the choices you have. The App is designed to collect as little as possible.

1. What we collect

Information you give us

• Email address, when you join the club. Sign-in is passwordless: we email you a 6-digit code. We never store a password.
• First name, optional, only if you add it in your profile.

Information collected automatically

• Device information sent when you sign in or use the Spin & win game: device model and manufacturer, operating system and version, app version, device language, time zone, screen size and the country/region set in your device. This is used to run the service, to keep the game fair and to reserve prizes for local customers. We do not use GPS or any location permission.
• Game activity: your spins, the outcome of each spin, prizes won, their codes and when they are redeemed at the counter.
• Technical logs on our server (request time, endpoint, outcome, IP address) kept for security and troubleshooting.

The App does not contain advertising, does not use advertising identifiers and does not track you across other apps or websites.

2. How we use it

• To sign you in and keep your session.
• To run Spin & win: enforce the daily spins, the one-prize-per-month rule, prize expiry and redemption at the Shop.
• To show you the menu, gallery, opening hours and directions.
• To protect the service against abuse and to fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for marketing.

3. Who else sees your data

• Email delivery provider: your email address is passed to a transactional email service to deliver your sign-in code.
• Hosting: data is stored on servers located in the United States.
• Apple and Google process the download and updates of the App under their own policies.
• Shop staff see only the prize code you present at the counter and, when redeeming, the prize type and time. They do not see your email in the register.
• Links to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Maps and the press article open external services governed by their own policies.

4. Retention

Your account and game history are kept while your account exists. Sign-in codes expire within minutes and are deleted. Server logs are rotated periodically. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time (see section 7); redemption records needed for accounting may be kept in anonymized form.

5. Security

Traffic between the App and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS). Session tokens are stored in the secure storage of your device. Prize codes are signed so they cannot be forged.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your choices and rights

• You can use the App without an account: menu, gallery, hours and the Lake Las Vegas page do not require sign-in.
• You can sign out at any time from your profile.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to hello@lakelasvegasgelato.com with the subject "App privacy". We answer within 30 days.
• Nevada and California residents: we do not sell personal information. You may exercise the rights above free of charge, and we will not treat you differently for doing so.

8. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for material changes, tell you in the App.
