These terms govern your use of the Bellalinda App (the "App"), published by Bitmap Coders LLC on behalf of Bellalinda Gelateria Italiana, 40 Costa di Lago #130, Henderson, NV 89011 (the "Shop"). By using the App you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The App
The App shows the Shop's menu, photos and videos, opening hours, directions and the Lake Las Vegas page, and offers the Spin & win game to signed-in members. Menu items, availability and hours may change without notice; the App is informational and does not place orders or take payments.
2. Your account
Membership is free. You sign in with your email address and a 6-digit code we send you. You are responsible for the security of your email account. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or the game.
3. Spin & win – Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
- Sponsor: Bellalinda Gelateria Italiana, 40 Costa di Lago #130, Henderson, NV 89011.
- Eligibility: open to individuals 13 years or older who are physically present in the United States and use the App on a device whose region is set to the United States. Employees of the Shop and their household members may play but are not eligible for prizes.
- How to play: sign in and press Spin. Each account has 3 free spins per day (Pacific Time). A spin wins when the three reels match. Outcomes are decided by the Shop's server at random; the App only displays the result.
- Prizes: one of a free cone, a free cup, a free cookie or a free lollipop, as shown on the machine. Approximate retail value of each prize is under $10. Prizes have no cash value, are not transferable and cannot be exchanged or combined with other offers.
- Limits: one prize per account per calendar month (Pacific Time). The Shop sets a maximum number of prizes available each month; once reached, all further spins that month lose. Spins are always available even when no prizes remain.
- Redemption: a won prize appears in the App with a code and a QR. Show it at the counter of the Shop; the cashier validates the code once. A won prize must be redeemed before the game continues for that account.
- Expiry: each prize is valid until 11:59 PM Pacific Time on the seventh day after it is won, as shown in the App. Expired, lost or unredeemed prizes are forfeited.
- Odds: odds of winning depend on the number of spins played and the prizes remaining in the month, and are the same for every eligible spin.
- Fair play: multiple accounts, automated play, tampering with the App or its communications, or presenting altered codes disqualify the player and void any prize.
- Changes: the Shop may modify, suspend or end the game at any time, with notice in the App. Prizes already won and not expired remain redeemable.
- Not affiliated: the game is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
4. Content and intellectual property
All graphic content in the App, including the Bellalinda name and logo, the illustrations, the menu and gallery photos and videos, and the Lake Las Vegas film with its original music, is the property of Bellalinda Gelateria Italiana and is protected by copyright and trademark law. The App software is developed by Bitmap Coders LLC. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content may be copied, downloaded, reused or redistributed without the written permission of Bellalinda Gelateria Italiana.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access the App's servers other than through the App, interfere with the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The App is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the menu and hours are always current, or that prizes will be available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Shop and Bitmap Coders LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the App or the game; in any case liability is limited to the value of the prize concerned.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law gives you the right to proceed elsewhere.
